Women in PR & Communications is committed to increasing the number and diversity of women in leadership positions across the PR and communications industry. While women dominate the PR workforce (67%), representation at the highest levels remains starkly unequal; only a third of boardroom positions are held by women. This disparity is even more pronounced for women who face intersectional challenges due to race, sexual orientation, disability, or socio-economic background. We exist to dismantle these barriers.
