Payment Terms: Full payment is required within 7 working days of returning the registration form and must be received prior to the conference date. IPRCZ reserves the right to refuse entry if full payment has not been received.
Cancellation: Cancellations in writing more than 21 days prior: 50% of the event fee is charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellations between 21 days and the date of the event: Full conference fee is payable and non-refundable. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. “No shows” will be charged the full registration fees.
Substitutions: Welcome at no extra charge.
Alterations: IPRCZ reserves the right to alter the programme without notice or penalty. In such situations, no refunds will be made.
Event Cancellation/Postponement by IPRCZ: If IPRCZ permanently cancels an event, the client will be provided with a credit for the amount paid towards a future event. If an event is postponed, no refunds will be made; arrangements for attending the rescheduled event will be considered. IPRCZ will not be responsible for covering airfare, accommodation, or other travel costs incurred by clients.
